Due to its location, The Grapes hotel ideally lends itself to outdoor activity, whether it be hill walking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing or simply the opportunity to walk for miles on sandy beaches. We have it all.
The Grapes Hotel has some unique walks of its own, developed by international walking guide, Alan Ward; the five walks of increasing complexity take in some of the finest local scenery.
Combine this with the rich historic sites of Harlech, Criccieth, Penryhn and Caernarfon Castle, and you have the makings of an interesting and historic trip to North Wales whatever the weather.
That’s not all. There are plenty of activities for the family, including Green wood forest park horse riding, and the world famous Ffestiniog Railway, all within a short drive.
